I don’t understand the world we live in. I was watching the news this morning and its really scary and unbelievable what happens in the world. I watch the news in the morning for traffic purposes for me and getting to school. I have to take the 408 and I make sure there are no traffics accidents and such. But every time I do watch it, some one is either murdered or raped or in jail. And today I turned on the tv and I watched a tape of a girl beating the crap out of another girl. First off what the heck. I mean really c’mon. It made my stomach turn into knots when I watched it. I had to change the channel to sports center to not think about it. The fact that these girls (18 years old) lead a girl (16 years old) into a house and taped her being beat up does not make sense to me. It really hit me when the parents were talking about what the damage was. they said she suffered blurred vision and bruises and lost hearing in her left ear. What has the world come to? It saddens my heart that now a days women are not as precious as they once were held to be. I remember watching all these movies from back in the day and women were just held with so much love and kindness. They have come a long way from that. Its amazing. Our world is broken and in need of a saviour.
